Families judge a park on the entire week — accommodation, pools, entertainment, food and the goodbye. We score the lot, exactly as a family lives it.
Guests remember the whole stay. Not individual departments.
A holiday park is a hotel, a restaurant group, a leisure complex, an entertainment venue and a retail estate sharing one gate — and one review score. A brilliant pool does not survive a poor check-in; a warm welcome does not survive a tired caravan. Families experience the park as a single week, so that is how we assess it.
Our assessors arrive as a family does and score the complete journey: booking, arrival and keys, the accommodation itself, pools and activities, evening entertainment, food outlets, park cleanliness, safety, and departure.
We deliver a scored, photographed report of the whole park; written standards for each department that speak one language; in-person training for the teams who deliver the season; and unannounced verification when the park is at its busiest — because August, not April, is when standards are tested.
For groups, the same scoring applied across every park produces a league table your board can act on: which sites protect the brand, and which quietly spend it.
Our directors’ experience includes Haven’s park operations — accommodation, dining, member experience and recreation coordinated across thousands of guests a week. We know the rhythm of changeover day, the pressure of wet-weather Wednesdays, and precisely where a park wins or loses its returning families.
